I must say, it is hard for me to tell you in type how much we enjoyed our time in Rotonda this stay!!! The Sandpiper home is just beautiful, the furnishings are cozy and comfortable, the location is spectacular, the bikes, the pool, the pool toys...on and on...... we didn't want to leave!!!!! My wife, loved the house and the space it offers in the kitchen, the baths, and lanai. I think she really got a feel for the architecture and the home lifestyle that she desires. Her parents came to stay with us for two nights and didn't stop smiling, and nobody could get my son and I out of the pool! He and I also had a couple of the best bicycle rides we've ever had!

We had a wonderful vacation this week in your lovely home. We found everything clean and well cared for. We enjoyed the pool! and took a couple of bike rides.

The beaches in Boca are great. The family have enjoyed the golf in the area. The weather has been perfect this week - right around 80 degrees every day! Especially enjoyable when we learned they have snow in Chicago today. Thank you.

You were right, we loved Everglade House. A lovely private setting, we saw alligators, anhingas, herons and cardinals almost daily. The armadillos were also occasionally visible. The house was also very well equipped, your attention to detail is superb. We will recommend Homesearch Overseas to anyone looking for a Florida Rental.

My wife Judy and I had such a delightful 3 months in your beautiful home this winter, that I felt compelled to write you a letter of thanks. In addition to being very beautiful the home, pool, house and pool furnishings, and decorations are extremely comfortable. The wireless computer set connection is a welcome addition not often found in rental homes. It saved me many trips to the Englewood library to use their network. The kitchen is the most completely equipped that we have experienced in our six years of renting in Rotonda.

In addition to being very satified with the house, Marilyn Down at your rental agency, Homesearch-Overseas and Hugh McGough at the local Florida office performed far beyond our expectations. He arranged the wireless computer log in code in a few hours, repaired the garage door opener right after I called and the management company provided a mail box in less than two days. They also restarted the pool heater, in less than an hour on a Saturday afternoon. Simply amazing service.

We had a 'Great Family Vacation' together in this great home and great part of Florida. We did swim in the pool 10 hours a day, went to the beach, went golfing, we even went fishing and caught many snappers for our meal. We found something for everyone to do. We will be back.
