Can I stay in your homes without playing golf or taking a package?

Can I book Golf through you without staying in one of your homes?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer this facility. These packages are an extension of the rental program already offered by Homesearch Overseas

Can we book a golf break over the Christmas period?

Yes you can. Please ask us for further details.

Can we take a boat out ourselves?

Yes, we can arrange that. You need to let us know how many people will be on board and we can organise this for you with one of our two local boatyards.

Do you supply golf clubs?

Not at the moment, but several golf clubs do offer hire of clubs for both adults and children. The average cost is $15 per hire. Please let us know if you will need to do this because we will need to confirm with the course that you want to play that they can do this.

Can we leave the choice of courses up to you?

Yes you can. We are very happy to do this, just let us know whether you have a particular time of day that you want to play.

Can you arrange tuition and coaching sessions?

Yes, we can do this. Just let us know if you want this as a group or singly and whether there is a particular area of your game which you want to concentrate on.

If we have a bigger party, can you provide homes which are close together?

Yes, we can. We have 3 houses next door to each other and a further house 4 doors away giving accommodation for 26 people with 5 bedrooms offering twin beds and 8 bedrooms either doubles or en-suites.

Are there any hidden charges?

Florida tax and the prep and final clean are included in all our rates. There will be a small administrative fee depending on the complexity of the chosen program and there is always a $250 refundable security deposit on each house booked.

Do you offer discounts for repeat visitors?

We offer 5% discounts off standard rates for repeat Golf Scoop bookings within a 12 month period. Please request this at the time of enquiring.

Do we need to add pool heat?

Pool heat is generally requested from October to April. It is rarely used in the summer months.
