Hole 1
This is a par 4 hole, fairly straight but with a small bend to the left and water to the left of the green, otherwise it looks fairly trouble free, with a wide fairway, although there are trees on either side as you tee off. There’s a large steep-backed bunker about half way down the fairway on the left hand side. The green is slightly elevated with trees behind and water, but no bunkers. There is, however, a steep runoff at the back of the green, straight down into water.
Hole 2
Par 4 hole, with water to the right at the tee and a large bunker on the left hand side. The fairway takes a small dogleg to the left where there is a bunker with a steep back on the right hand side. The fairway is quite open with trees on either side but these shouldn’t be a problem if you play straight. The green is slightly elevated with trees behind it and, again, no bunkers.
Hole 3
Men tee off across a large lake on this par 3 hole and there is a large bunker behind the green. Ladies tee off across the corner of the water to a fairly level green.
Hole 4
This is a par 4 with a wide fairway and a large bunker on the right and a narrowing fairway as you approach the green. The green has trees to right and left and at the back and there is a bunker on the right and steep runoffs at the back and on the left hand side.
Hole 5
This is a par 4, long straight hole with a long lake all the way up on the left hand side, trees on the left as you tee off and more trees all along the relatively narrow fairway on either side. There is water behind the green, which is raised with trees and houses behind it and trees to right and left. The green is raised with steep runoffs to the back, left and right but no bunkers.
Hole 6
Slight dogleg left on this par 4 hole and long bunkers on the left hand side just after the dogleg. The fairway is quite open with trees all around. The green is raised with bunkers to the left and trees behind, left and right and steep runoffs to the back and left hand side.
Hole 7
This is a par 5 very long hole, slight dogleg left with a wide open fairway apart from some pine trees encroaching from the left hand side and there are trees all down the right hand side. There are water traps down the left hand side of the green and at the back of the green, pine trees on the left of the green and at the back with sloping mounds at the back too.
Hole 8
This is a par 3, fairly level with a long bunker down the right hand side and trees on the left hand side narrowing in as you approach the green which has trees all around and a steep runoff at the back. Also there is a bunker on the right hand side of the green, running around to the back.
Hole 9
Water trap on the right of the mens’ tee and a long straight fairway on this par 4 hole, narrowing as you approach the green. There is a lake on the left hand side of the green and pine trees on either side. The green is wide and slightly elevated with trees and houses behind.
Hole 10
This is a par 4 hole, when you eventually reach it, as it is about a mile from the Clubhouse, over five roads and two canals! There is a lake on the left hand side at the mens’ tee and more water behind the green. It’s a reasonably wide fairway, straight to the green but there’s a bunker on the right hand side as you approach. It is easy to lose a ball in the water behind the green if you over-shoot.
Hole 11
This is a par 4, with a large lake to the left of the tee, a fairly straight and wide fairway with lots of pine trees dotted about to catch the unwary and then another water trap to the left of the green.
The green is raised, on two levels and with trees all around it. There are houses down the left hand side with great views over the water to the golf course beyond. The green has water to the left, large trees and bushes behind it and large pine trees and palms to the right. There are sharp runoffs at the back, into water on the left side and into trees on the right side!
Hole 12
This is a par 5 with water to right and left as you tee off. It bends slightly to the right and there is a sand trap about half way up the fairway on the left hand side. A nice wide open fairway with not too much in the way of hazards. The green is surrounded by trees which are very close at the back of the green and there are sloping mounds to the left and back into trees.
Hole 13
A par 4 hole with a large lake to the left at the mens’ tee, with a slight dogleg right to the green and a long bunker to the right about two thirds of the way up the fairway as you approach the green. The fairway starts off narrow, widens and then narrows again on the green approach. There are trees and bushes at the back of the green and sharp runoffs to the right down into water.
Hole 14
A par 3 hole with a large lake to the right and bulrushes to the left as you tee off and, for men, it’s necessary to drive across the water to reach the green which is wide open and slightly elevated with sloping mounds and lots of trees at the back. Ladies don’t drive across the water, but there are trees on the left hand side. The water continues up the right hand side to the edge of the green.
Hole 15
This is a par 5 with a fairly narrow fairway, widening out and then narrowing again on the approach to the green. There is water on the left hand side and two water traps on the right hand side. There is another lake on the left of the green which comes right in to the edge of the green. Lots of water! The green is elevated with trees all around it and large sloping mounds at the back and right running down into the trees and running down into the water on the left
Hole 16
There is a water trap to the right near the tee on this par 4 hole and a water trap to the left and behind the green. It’s a straight line down the wide fairway to the green with trees on either side and a large sand trap on the left about half way up but it is quite a straightforward hole.
Hole 17
This is a par 3 with bulrushes and a lake to the right of the tee and a large lake coming in on the left hand side. This is quite a straight hole with lots of bunkers all around the green (particularly on the left), which has trees behind it and houses on the right and left. It’s a nice wide fairway with not much in the way of trees until you reach the green.
Hole 18
Men tee off to the left on this par 4 hole which is a sharp dogleg right and ladies have water to the right of their tee. There is a bunker on the left and a large lake too where you would play your second shot to the green. There are houses behind the very slightly elevated green which has a bunker to the right with trees behind it and sloping mounds with runoffs into trees. There is a water trap to the left of the green and a gulley and out of bounds at the back of the green.
